 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. Shettima Appoints Peter Obi’s Running Mate’s Brother, Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, As Special Adviser

The spokesperson for the Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Dr. Hakeem Baba–Ahmed, has been appointed as the Special Adviser on Political Matters to Vice President Kashim Shettima.

Hakeem, a retired Federal Permanent Secretary, is the older brother of Datti Baba–Ahmed, the running mate of the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, in the February 25 election.

Hakeem Baba–Ahmed, who made the announcement of his new appointment via a post on his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday, said he can no longer sit on the fence when he can be part of the system to contribute his quota to national development.

He expressed his eagerness to contribute to the nation’s development in his capacity as Special Adviser on Political Matters to the Vice President.

He wrote: “It is time to make it public that I have accepted the call to serve as Special Adviser (Political) to the VP.

“This is not the time for fence-sitting or criticism when you can be useful in turning the country round. I am honored and humbled. Please pray for me & Nigeria.”

Prior to his latest appointment, Baba–Ahmed held the position of Chief of Staff to former Senate President Bukola Saraki from 2017 to 2019.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
