 There was no evidence that he slept with the girl” – Yomi Fabiyi gives update on Baba Ijesha’s case Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has given an update on embattled Yoruba actor Baba Ijesha’s case. Refreshing your memory, Baba Ijesha was arrested and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for raping a minor, who is the adopted daughter of comedian Princess. Giving an update on the case in a recent interview, he said Baba Ijesha’s appeal process is still ongoing in court. He claimed that there was no evidence that he slept with the hole; hence, the judge didn’t sentence him to life imprisonment. Yomi stated that Princess called Baba Ijesha to shoot a skit, and the girl also made a similar statement in court. Hon. Ugwumba Uche Nwosu has drummed full support for the reelection bid of His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma


Uche Nwosu who was the governorship candidate of AA in the 2019 Imo guber election expressed readiness to mobilize thousands of votes to deliver Hope Uzodimma come November 11th


He described Uzodimma as a man of character who has remained focused in his quest to reconstruct , rehabilitate and fully return Imo State to her place of glory.


"Hope Uzodimma is only the most qualified person to be elected come November, I believe in his government and I want all Imolites to support him to enable this government to consolidate on the achievements already set in" Uche Nwosu stated


With this recent endorsement, it is assumed that all well meaning Imolites has backed the reelection bid of His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma and come November 11th Imolites will go out in mass to vote for His Excellency the governor.

He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
