 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. VETERAN ACTOR PA YEMI LAWRENCE ADEYEMI A.K.A SUARA IS DEAD.(PHOTO).

Veteran Nollywood actor, Pa Yemi Lawrence Adeyemi professionally known as Suara has been lost to the cold hands of death.

 The family of the veteran actor in an official statement released on Monday said that Suara died on Sunday, September 25th 2023. They however did not disclose the source of his death.

Suara was a name that stuck since his role in Super Story series, Oh Father! Oh Daughter! where he was a polygamist married to Bukky Wright, while Sola Shobowale was his second wife.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
