Zinoleesky’s house, car were bought under Marlian Records, not in his name – ID Cabasa drops bombshell

Renowned Nigerian music producer, the distinguished Olumide Ogunade, who goes by the moniker ID Cabasa, has shared unprecedented insights about Marlian Records following the heartbreaking loss of his colleague, Mohbad, a former signee under the label’s banner.

While countless Nigerians, including celebrities, grieve the untimely loss of the ‘Imole’ maestro who illuminated the music scene with his light, passed on at the age of 27, ID Cabasa has also added his voice to the chorus of condolences.

In a viral video, ID Cabasa passionately decried the mistreatment that Naira Marley subjected his signees to within the confines of his record label.

To underscore his argument, the seasoned entertainer asserted that he had received information suggesting that the car and house Zinoleesky had procured in recent years were registered under the label’s name, rather than in Zinoleesky’s personal name.

ID Cabasa, who has nurtured musical legends like Olamide and 9ice under his label, vehemently labeled Naira Marley’s actions as nothing short of wickedness.

He went on to assert that Naira Marley has unequivocally dismantled the fundamental principles and objectives typically associated with record label owners. Cabasa stressed that, instead of improving the livelihoods of his signees, Naira Marley has effectively subjected them to a state of servitude.

In December 2022, Zinoleesky proudly unveiled an array of photos showcasing his brand-new house, emphatically declaring that he had acquired it under his own name.

This year, the singer once again made waves on social media by sharing a video capturing his latest acquisition – a Ferrari 458 Italia a lavish purchase exceeding a hundred million naira, and all proudly registered under his own name, according to the Marlian Artiste.
