 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. ‘DNA is definitely a must’, Mohbad’s wife, Omowunmi, breaks silence

The wife of late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad, Omowuni, says it is a must to conduct a DNA test to prove the paternity of her 6-month-old son, Liam Aloba.

Following the death of Mohbad on September 12, some Netizens have called for a DNA test. James Aloba, the father of the late singer, has also made this known, stating that the test must be done in his presence or that of his representative.

In a text sent to Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, which was posted on her Instagram page on Monday, Omowuni stated that she only wants justice for her late husband and will speak no further.

Her words: “Hello, ma.

“I’ve decided not to speak on anything until 7th of November, which is the coroner inquest because I do not want any side distraction, all I want is Justice for my husband which I believe the Nigeria government are working on, after everything, I’ll either grant an interview or tell my own story before the whole world, and also, DNA is definitely a must!!!”

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
