 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. ENUGU POLICE OPERATIVES SMASH CHILD STEALING SYNDICATE, ARREST ONE;


...as CP Kanayo orders the transfer of the case, arrest and prosecution of other suspects at large

Police Operatives of the Enugu State Command, serving in the Igbo-Eze North Police Division, working with the Neighborhood Watch Group, has smashed a child stealing syndicate and arrested one Ifeanyi Omeke aged 21, at Igogoro Village in Enugu-Ezike community of Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area, on October 27, 2023, at about 1.30 p.m.


2. The suspect was nabbed after he sneaked into the complainant's house in the mentioned community and attempted to steal a one-year, three-month-old girl child.


3. The suspect confessed to the crime,

stating that he was contracted by his cohorts at large to steal children for ritual and other criminal purposes.


4. Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, CP Kanayo Uzuegbu, psc (+), has ordered the immediate transfer of the case to the State CID for further thorough investigation that will lead to the arrest of other members of the criminal syndicate and their prosecution.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
