  GOV. SANWO-OLU OFFICIALLY COMMISSIONS LAGOS STATE COMMERCIAL COURT AT TAPA, LAGOS ISLAND, ON TUESDAY APRIL 15, 2025. Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has officially commissioned the Lagos State Commercial Court at Tapa, Lagos Island, today, Tuesday, April 15,2025. This development is expected to enhance the state's judicial system, particularly in commercial dispute resolution.   The establishment of the commercial court is a significant milestone in the state's efforts to promote a conducive business environment and ensure efficient justice delivery.  More details later and more photos below.

 GOV. ALIA APPROVES NEW HEAD OF BIPC

His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia has approved the appointment of Raymond Asemakaha as Managing Director, Benue Investment and Property Company Limited, BIPC


Asemakaha is a highly accomplished professional and international finance consultant, with experience in several sectors of the economy.


He has over 16  years experience in policy formulation, Public Finance and Project Implementation.


The Governor believes that, based on his experience and records of service in the public and private sectors, the appointee will deliver on the mandate and specifications of his job.


While congratulating him on his new role, the Governor charges him to always be loyal to his administration and put the interest of the state first in all his undertakings.


He tasked him to ensure 

He studies, assimilates and is fully conversant with the mission, vision and specific principles of his administration to be properly guided in the performance of his duties.


The appointment is with immediate effect.
