 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. I’m not mentally ready for a mature relationship-Ilebaye

Ilebaye Odiniya, the winner of the Big Brother Naija All-Stars edition, has opened up in an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo.
During the conversation, she discussed her previous claims about being a virgin during her participation in the ‘Level Up’ edition of the reality TV show in 2022.
Ilebaye, a 22-year-old reality TV star, attributed her previous virginity claim to her strict upbringing within her family, particularly her father’s influence.
When asked about her past relationships, she revealed that she had never been in a romantic relationship before.
Ilebaye further explained that she believes she is not mentally prepared for a serious relationship at the moment. While she has encountered someone before, her current focus is on self-improvement, with a relationship being the least of her priorities.
“I think I’m not mentally ready for a mature relationship but I’ve seen somebody before.
“Right now, I am focusing on how to make my life better, so relationship is literally the least,” she stated.
