 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. I’m not mentally ready for a mature relationship-Ilebaye

Ilebaye Odiniya, the winner of the Big Brother Naija All-Stars edition, has opened up in an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo.
During the conversation, she discussed her previous claims about being a virgin during her participation in the ‘Level Up’ edition of the reality TV show in 2022.
Ilebaye, a 22-year-old reality TV star, attributed her previous virginity claim to her strict upbringing within her family, particularly her father’s influence.
When asked about her past relationships, she revealed that she had never been in a romantic relationship before.
Ilebaye further explained that she believes she is not mentally prepared for a serious relationship at the moment. While she has encountered someone before, her current focus is on self-improvement, with a relationship being the least of her priorities.
“I think I’m not mentally ready for a mature relationship but I’ve seen somebody before.
“Right now, I am focusing on how to make my life better, so relationship is literally the least,” she stated.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
