 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. JADA SMITH REVEALS BEEN SEPERATED FROM HUSBAND SINCE 2016


Jada Pinkett Smith has revealed that she and husband, Will Smith, have secretly been separated for the last seven years. She also admitted they were still trying to ‘figure out’ what the future of their marriage looks like.

According to DailyMail the 52-year-old shared the shocking news about her marriage in a new interview. Jada Pinkett Smith will also open up about their relationship in more detail in a sit-down with NBC News.

Jada admitted that she and husband Will Smith, have been separated since 2016.

She said they were, in fact, living separately when her husband slapped comedian Chris Rock at the Oscars in 2022.

Will strode onto the stage in a burst of fury over a joke that had been made about his wife’s bald hairstyle.

Jada noted that no permanent decisions have been made about the future of her marriage, explaining that she and Will are ‘still figuring it out’. 

“We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together,” she said. “We just got deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
