 PRESS RELEASE MINISTER OF INFORMATION LEADS HEADS OF AGENCIES TO BROADCASTERS CONFERENCE IN LAS VEGAS In an effort to strengthen broadcast collaborations and form strategic alliances, Minister of Information and National Orientation Mohammed Idris fnipr, has led a delegation of heads of government agencies to the 2025 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Conference and Workshop in Las Vegas, USA. The NAB event, running from April 5 to 9, carries the theme “The Technology, The Trend, The Future” and will cover a range of topics, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud visualization, the creator economy, and sports production and streaming. Prayers pour in for veteran actor, Mr Ibu as he marks 62nd birthday in hospital bed


Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, celebrated his 62nd birthday with his family members and some friends on his hospital bed. The birthday celebration which was streamed live on the actor’s official Instagram page showed him in a hospital. A cake and packs of juice to spice up the celebration was put before him to mark the day. People present with the actor sang some birthday songs for him in a bid to cheer him up.


The actor has been ill for a while. Nigerians took to social media to send their best wishes to him as he battles the ailment.
