 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. My side of the story – Nkechi Blessing finally speaks on breakup with lover

Famous Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing has finally reacted to the news of her break up with boyfriend, Xxssive.
This is coming hours after the duo unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Recall that the speculations surrounding the actress’ breakup with her young lover stirred buzz on the internet after they deleted some of their love up videos and pictures on social media.
Taking to her Instagram story on Thursday morning to respond to the viral report, Nkechi noted that she owes no one an explanation.
In what seems to be a cryptic post, she wrote: “My side of the story doesn’t really matter. Make we just dey.”
The actress made her relationship with Xxssive public in October 2022, after her dramatic split from Opeyemi Falegan, an Ekiti State politician whom she flaunted regularly on her social media page.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
