 Three de-ad, four coaches affected as Warri-Itakpe train derails The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has confirmed the d3ath of three persons following the derailment of the Warri-Itakpe train in Agbor, Delta State. The Corporation added that four coaches left the rail track during the incident which occurred on Monday, June 8, 2026. The Managing Director of NRC, Dr. Kayode Opeifa, said in a statement that the emergency response team and other relevant authorities are currently managing the situation and providing necessary assistance. “The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has confirmed a serious train accident involving the Warri–Itakpe Train Service (WITS) corridor at Agbor, Delta State,” the statement read. “Rescue and emergency response operations were immediately activated. AY Makun, Mabel celebrates 15th wedding anniversary, 20 years of togetherness with heartfelt note

Nigerian actor, comedian, Ayodeji Richard Makun, better known as A.Y and wife, Mabel, celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary and 20 years of togetherness.

He made this known in a post on his Instagram page on Wedesday.

In the post, which has garnered attention, the comedian reminisced about their struggles, beautiful moments, and experiences that have shaped their love life.

He wrote, "It's been 20 amazing years of knowing each other, 15 years of marital hustle and bustle, occasional sweetness and bitterness, pains, and gains.

We thank God for the unconditional love and grace that has kept us standing and counting all these years of celebration.
In this our first 15-year anniversary. I wish us both more love, strength, patience, tolerance, and happiness to be able to celebrate many more 15-year anniversaries together. I LOVE YOU, #realmabelmakun
