 Otti Slams Julius Abure Over Continued Sale of Labour Party Nomination Forms Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has strongly criticised the former National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure, for proceeding with the sale of governorship nomination forms despite opposition from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and subsisting court rulings. The criticism follows a viral photograph showing Abure presenting a Labour Party nomination form to a former National Vice Chairman of the party, Ceekay Igara, in the company of other party members. Burna Boy makes history as the most nominated Nigerian artiste at the 2024 Grammys with four nods

Nigerian singer, Burna Boy has made history as the most nominated Nigerian artiste at the 2024 Grammys after getting four nominations. 

He received nominations for “Sittin’ On Top Of The World” for Best Melodic Rap Performance, “I Told Them…” for Best Global Music Album, “Alone” for Best Global Music Performance, and “City Boys” for Best African Music Performance.

These four nominations make him the most nominated Nigerian artist. 

Back in 2021, Burna Boy’s “Twice as Tall” won the Grammy Award for “Best Global Music Album” 

The award ceremony will take place on February 4, 2024, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
