 OPHK ARRESTS FIVE OVER UNAUTHORISED FIREARMS DISCHARGE IN NGOMARI, COMMENCES INVESTIGATION INTO STRAY BULLET INCIDENT IN MAIDUGURI The Headquarters Theatre Command, Joint Task Force (North East), Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), has taken decisive action following  the incident involving the unauthorised discharge of firearms in Borno State, which tragically resulted in the loss of an innocent live. In the Ngomari general area, troops of Operation HADIN KAI, in conjunction with the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), have arrested five suspects linked to the unlawful use of firearms during a social event. The incident occurred at about 2:00 p.m. on 4 April,  2026, when vigilantes later identified as members of an escorts  team attached to the Chairman of a Local Government Area  engaged in sporadic firing into the air during a wedding celebration at Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Teachers Staff Quarters. JAMIE FOXX SUED FOR ALLEGEDLY SEXUALLY ASSAULTING A WOMAN AT A ROOFTOP BAR IN NEW YORK, IN 2015.(PHOTO).

Jamie Foxx was sued on Wednesday, Nov. 22, for allegedly s3xually assaulting a woman at a rooftop bar in New York in 2015.


The woman, identified in the suit as Jane Doe, alleges that Foxx took her to a secluded corner of the Catch NYC rooftop lounge, rubbed her br£asts and gr0ped her under her p@nts against her will.


According to the suit, the woman and a friend were seated at a table next to Foxx and Mark Birnbaum, the owner of the bar. At around 1 a.m., the woman’s friend got up and asked Foxx for a photo. Foxx agreed, and they took several photos. 


Foxx then began complimenting the woman, according to the suit, saying “Wow, you have that super model body” and “You smell so good.” The suit also states that he said she looked like Gabrielle Union.


She alleges that he then took her by the arm and led her to a more secluded part of the rooftop, where he gr0ped her br£asts underneath her crop top. The suit states that she was caught off guard and tried to step away, but that Foxx then stuck his hands down her p@nts and “put his f!ngers on and in Plaintiff’s v@g!na and an^s.”


The suit alleges that a security guard witnessed the groping but did not intervene. The woman’s friend then came and found her, and Foxx stopped touching her and walked away, the suit claims.


The lawsuit alleges that the woman was sore and had to seek medical treatment as a result of the assault.


In the suit, the woman seeks compensation for pain, suffering, emotional distress, anxiety and humiliation.


The lawsuit also names Birnbaum and Catch NYC as defendants, alleging that they enabled the assault and failed to adequately supervise their employees.


The suit is one of many filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which opened a one-year window to file sexual abuse claims that would otherwise be barred by the statute of limitations. The deadline to file such claims is Thursday, Nov. 23, 2023.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
