 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. NIGERIAN ARMY TO CONDUCT FINAL DISPOSAL OF UNEXPLODED ORDNANCES IN OWODE AJILETE OGUN STATE


The clearance of remnants of unexploded ordnances from the site of the 2002 Ikeja Cantonment Bomb Blast commenced on Tuesday 10 October 2023 in an Exercise codenamed “EXERCISE CLEAN SWEEP”. The Exercise has reached an advanced stage resulting in the recovery of various calibres of unexploded ordnances, out of which 642 of them were professionally disposed on 27 October 2023 at the NA Range in Owode Ajilete.

The search and recovery phase of the exercise have been completed and has now dovetailed into the final inspection of the site, which has earnestly commenced. In line with the Exercise plan, as highlighted during the Inauguration Press briefing and Flag Off by the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja on 10 October 2023, a final Unexploded Ordnance Disposal (UXO) task will be conducted on completion of the site inspection on Saturday 18 November 2023, at the Nigerian Army Range in Owode Ajilete, Ogun State. Accordingly, there would be movement of UXOs from Ikeja Cantonment to NA Range, Owode Ajilete. There would also be large sounds accompanying the detonation exercise.  

Consequently, members of the general public, especially those resident around Owode, Ajilete and the environs are urged to please, not panic on hearing the sound of explosions, but go about their normal businesses, as necessary safety measures have been emplaced to ensure safety of life and property throughout the duration of the exercise.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
