 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision. No matter how hard they try, we will never give up” Iyabo Ojo makes promise to late Mohbad

Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has made a pledge to the late promising singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba better known as Mohbad.

Taking to her Instagram page to share a video collage of him, Iyabo vowed to never give up on him.

She vowed that no matter how hard people try, or the distraction/storm that comes their way, she and other concerned citizens will never give up.

No matter how hard they try, no matter the distractions, no matter the drags, no matter the storm, no matter the wait …we, the concerned citizens, will never give up on you IMOLE

A day back, Tonto Dikeh had called out the Nigerian police over him, demanding they release the singer’s body for burial.

The movie star expressed how exhausted she was over their tiredness and carelessness and vowed to speak up, even if she didn’t have backing.

She noted how she, as well as other lovers of Mohbad, have given the Nigerian police time as she made them know that his case isn’t one to be swept under the rug.
