 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. No matter how hard they try, we will never give up” Iyabo Ojo makes promise to late Mohbad

Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has made a pledge to the late promising singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba better known as Mohbad.

Taking to her Instagram page to share a video collage of him, Iyabo vowed to never give up on him.

She vowed that no matter how hard people try, or the distraction/storm that comes their way, she and other concerned citizens will never give up.

No matter how hard they try, no matter the distractions, no matter the drags, no matter the storm, no matter the wait …we, the concerned citizens, will never give up on you IMOLE

A day back, Tonto Dikeh had called out the Nigerian police over him, demanding they release the singer’s body for burial.

The movie star expressed how exhausted she was over their tiredness and carelessness and vowed to speak up, even if she didn’t have backing.

She noted how she, as well as other lovers of Mohbad, have given the Nigerian police time as she made them know that his case isn’t one to be swept under the rug.
