   Rivers State Police Arrest 'Veryblackman' Over Alleged Death Threats to Comedian DeeOne The Rivers State Police Command has arrested the controversial social media personality widely known as "Veryblackman" (also identified as Veryblackman of Port Harcourt or VeryDarkMan’s brother) following allegations that he threatened the life of Nigerian comedian and reality television star, DeeOne. The suspect was taken into custody on Saturday after he reportedly ignored prior invitations from law enforcement. Following his arrest in Rivers State, he was immediately transferred to Lagos on Sunday to face further questioning and investigation. The Origin of the Threat The feud between the two online figures reached a boiling point in June 2026, when Veryblackman allegedly threatened to kill DeeOne. Photos of Mr. Ibu after amputation surfaces online

A video showing ailing actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has been released by his adopted daughter, Jasmine. 

Jasmine shared the video on her Instagram page Thursday, 10 days after it was announced that the actor had undergone seven successful surgeries, including an amputation of one of his legs. 

The actress captioned the new video, "As long as you are getting better, nothing else matters. I remain silent until you are back on your feet again! Cheers."
