 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. Tinubu threatens to sack non-performing political appointees

President Bola Tinubu has threatened to relieve non-performing political appointees of the their appointments to make way for committed Nigerians to deliver.

The President made the threat in Abuja, while declaring open a 3-day retreat for cabinet members of his administration.

He said at the end of the retreat, participants would be made to sign a bond with him, warning that a Result Delivery Unit, to be headed by the Special Adviser to the President on Policy and Co-ordination, Hadiza Bala Usman, would evaluate their performances.

“If you are performing nothing to fear, if you miss the objective, we’ll review, if no performance you leave us… Delivery, yes, we must achieve it for the sake of Nigerians”, President Tinubu stressed.

He emphasised that a great Nigeria was possible, saying that a greater Nigeria will come under their commitment, guidance, and resolute determination to give the country a direction.

President Tinubu advised them to be committed to the values and principles of result that could impact Nigerians positively as the last six months of the administration was focused on self review and evaluation.

The President acknowledged again that Nigerians were going through the reform agenda painfully, but that Nigeria still had other challenges to contend with.

“We will transform the economy to work for millions of our citizens we must take 50 million people out of poverty. We must build healthcare that works for all”, he said.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
