The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. Why I Dressed Like A Woman To Sell Water — Street Hawker Eniola 

Eniola, the physically challenged hawker from Osun State who garnered significant attention, has explained why he dressed like a lady to hawk water.

In an Instagram live video on Thursday, Eniola explained that he adopted this persona in the hope of receiving assistance from the public.

Speaking in Yoruba, He said, "I am a boy. I chose to crossdress in hopes of receiving help from people. I have been struggling for a long time. I am a boy, not a lady.

Eniola first gained public recognition when comedian Brain Jotter saw him hawking in Lagos traffic.

The comedian was en route to a video shoot when he spotted Eniola selling bottled water on the streets of Lagos and decided to offer assistance.

After a heartfelt conversation with Eniola, unaware that he is a boy dressed as a lady, Brain Jotter transferred N400,000 to help Eniola establish their makeup business.

The video drew the interest of Davido, as Eniola revealed he is from Osun State, which is also the same state as the singer.

The singer reposted the video and brought it to his uncle's attention, the Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, and one of his special advisers.

However, Brain Jotter made a startling revelation in an Instagram story on Wednesday after blogger Gistlover exposed Eniola's true identity.

According to the anonymous blogger, the boy, whose real name is Sultan, disguises himself as a woman to deceive and defraud people, feigning a need for financial assistance.

In response to the blogger's report, the skit maker shared a photo showing the supposed before-and-after transformation of Eniola, stating that the individual had lied about his identity.

Upon discovering Eniola's identity, Davido posted on X, urging his uncle to reconsider his plan to assist the boy.

He wrote, "Excellency dem job us!! Dem say nah man, ABORT MISSION."
