 RE: MISLEADING CLAIMS REGARDING EXTORTION OF MOTORISTS BY LAGOS STATE TASKFORCE – YET-TO-BE-IDENTIFIED SECURITY OPERATIVES: ANOTHER CASE OF MISTAKEN IDENTITY The Lagos State Taskforce wishes to address a misleading narrative circulating on social media, particularly in a viral video shared by protesters and concerned groups who recently demonstrated at the Lagos State House of Assembly. The protest was in response to the alleged extortion of motorists by security operatives, yet to be identified, who are not officials of the Lagos State Environmental and Special Offences Unit. We categorically state that the Lagos State Taskforce had no involvement in the said incident. Popular media personality Moet Abebe has revealed reasons why some ladies prefer to be in a romantic relationship with men who are married.

She made this known in a recent episode of her podcast, Pillow Talk, which she co-hosts with reality star Tolanibaj.

Moet Abebe claimed that side chicks are more interested in making money off married guys than listening to them talk about problems that are meant for their wives.

Her words: "A lot of women like married men because some women just don't want to deal with that whole emotion. They just are like, "Leave it for your wife; I'm not your wife; why are you telling me you are having a bad day?

"What I'm more interested in is that you give me the money. Why are you telling me you had a bad day? Ididn't do for better, and worst with you."

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
