 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. Popular media personality Moet Abebe has revealed reasons why some ladies prefer to be in a romantic relationship with men who are married.

She made this known in a recent episode of her podcast, Pillow Talk, which she co-hosts with reality star Tolanibaj.

Moet Abebe claimed that side chicks are more interested in making money off married guys than listening to them talk about problems that are meant for their wives.

Her words: "A lot of women like married men because some women just don't want to deal with that whole emotion. They just are like, "Leave it for your wife; I'm not your wife; why are you telling me you are having a bad day?

"What I'm more interested in is that you give me the money. Why are you telling me you had a bad day? Ididn't do for better, and worst with you."

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
