 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results. WHY MY MARRIAGE CRASHED – ACTRESS LOLO


Actress and presenter, Omotunde Adebowale-David, better known as Lolo1, has has finally opened up to what led to the crash of her marriage.

The single mother of four, while speaking in an interview with TVC, said that life happened and that for her, her marriage had been a ‘make or mar situation‘.

“Well for me, life happened. A lot of times people go into marriage with a little bit of understanding of what they really are going into. And they don’t have a clear picture. Unfortunately, their lives unfold during the marriage and it is like a make-or-mar situation. I think that’s what happened to me,” she said.

Speaking further, she revealed that her transition from law to media had been unplanned and she had ventured into radio presenting, even though she had wanted to be a television presenter.

She also revealed that she plans to venture into music and begin to explore.
