Okpalauzuegbu fondly known as Chuma, had been preparing to celebrate his wedding ceremony, an event filled with hope, promise and carefully laid plans. As Governor Soludo continues to make relentless effort towards beautifying the Awka State Capital City and ensure steady supply of electricity ahead of the yuletide celebration, some defiant hoodlums and mischief seekers in the state have rather ready choose to work against the positive and progressive tide of the government as it is evidently went ahead to engage beggars and minors to carryout their biddings by vandalizing state government properties.

Hence, the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority (ACTDA) further warns those perpetrating this crimes or recruiting these minors to perpetrate evil to desist from such ugly acts forthwith or face the full wrath of the law.
