 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision.  AFCON 2023: Nike unveils Super Eagles Eagles jersey


Leading kit manufacturing company, Nike has unveiled the Super Eagles’ kits for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.


The home jersey is designed in Nigeria’s green and white colour.


The away jersey is designed with a white background and a touch of green.


The Super Eagles are looking to win a fourth title at the 2023 AFCON finals.


Jose Peseiro’s side are drawn in Group A with hosts Cote d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea and Guinea-Bissau.


The West Africans will kick-off their campaign on January 14 against Equatorial Guinea at the Alssanne Quattara Stadium, Ebimpe, Abidjan.


They face hosts Cote d’Ivoire four days later at the same venue in what will be a repeat of the 2013 edition quarter-final that saw them overcome Cote d’Ivoire 2-1.


They conclude the Group A campaign with a tie against Guinea-Bissau on January 22.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
