 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. FG Unveils New Foreign Policy


Federal Government has unveiled its Four D foreign policy document in Abuja.


At the launch, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar said the new foreign policy document was aimed at showcasing the values and interests of Nigeria.


Ambassador Tuggar said the four Ds foreign policy document which centered on Democracy, Development, Demography and Diaspora were aimed at enhancing good governance and improving the living standard of the people through development.


He explained that the Four Ds foreign policy direction of the Tinubu-led government would take advantage of the nation’s population as well as the Africa Continental Free Trade Area to enhance economic development in the country.


The Minister of Foreign Affairs said the policy would also look into the need to reform Nigeria’s engagement with international financial institutions for the benefit if all.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
