 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. “Get me a Canadian visa, let’s fight in Canada” – VeryDarkMan accepts Niki Tall’s challenge for a boxing match.

Online personality, VeryDarkMan has accepted a challenge to fight Niki Tall, an Afrobeats artist, DJ, multi-instrumentalist, and music producer.

The Greek-German musician had released a statement in a viral video, urging VeryDarkMan to engage in a fight, while also calling for Portable, a Nigerian singer, to agree to a rematch with Charles Okocha in a celebrity boxing match.

Just hours after Niki Tall challenged VeryDarkMan to a celebrity boxing match, VeryDarkMan responded in a video, stating his readiness to fight.

However, he requested a Canadian visa to travel and accept the challenge, proposing to wrestle with Niki Tall.

VeryDarkMan’s response to Niki Tall’s request has attracted the attention of many social media users, who have flooded the comment section of the post to react.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
