 TRAGIC LOSS OF NYSC CORPS MEMBER DURING ARMED ROBBERY INCIDENT IN DEI-DEI Headquarters Guards Brigade regrets the tragic loss of Mr. Abdulsamad Jamiu, a serving National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member  during a security incident in the early hours of 25 April 2026 at Shagari Estate, Dei-Dei, Abuja. The unfortunate incident occurred when troops of the Guards Brigade Quick Response Group, on routine night patrol, responded to a distress call following an armed robbery attack in the area. Upon arrival, the troops came under gunfire from the fleeing armed robbers, resulting in a brief but intense exchange. In the course of the engagement, Mr. Jamiu was caught in the crossfire. Despite efforts by troops to secure the area and preserve lives, he sadly succumbed to his injuries. This heartbreaking loss has cast a deep shadow over all personnel of the Guards Brigade. I almost believed Emeka Ike’s wife until I remembered my experience – Daddy Freeze

Popular media personality, Ifedayo Olarinde, better known as Daddy Freeze, has stated the reason he could not believe actor Emeka Ike’s estranged wife, Suzanne Emma’s account of their failed marriage.

 Emma, in an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, alleged that Ike had subjected her to abuse throughout their 17-year marriage.

Emeka Ike also said she made him lose his properties and access to his kids.

Reacting, Daddy Freeze said Suzanne was trying to come off as the gentle one and making Emeka Ike look bad.
 
The media personality stated that his ex-wife did same to him and alleged that he forced her to sleep with other men in court documents, adding that he beats her if she fails to do what he wants.
 
Daddy Freeze further revealed that before he divorced his ex-wife, she was hanging out with a woman whose husband found a charm with his name, in her bag.
 
The media personality also recalled how his ex-wife assaulted him following an argument about her returning home late.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
