 There was no evidence that he slept with the girl” – Yomi Fabiyi gives update on Baba Ijesha’s case Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has given an update on embattled Yoruba actor Baba Ijesha’s case. Refreshing your memory, Baba Ijesha was arrested and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for raping a minor, who is the adopted daughter of comedian Princess. Giving an update on the case in a recent interview, he said Baba Ijesha’s appeal process is still ongoing in court. He claimed that there was no evidence that he slept with the hole; hence, the judge didn’t sentence him to life imprisonment. Yomi stated that Princess called Baba Ijesha to shoot a skit, and the girl also made a similar statement in court. Man arrested in Adamawa for allegedly ki!ling court clerk who went to serve him with court summons

The police in Adamawa state have arrested a 43 year old man identified as Linus Dimas, a resident of Kugama Wuro Jibir, Mayo Belwa Local Government, for allegedly k!lling a court clerk who went to serve him a court summon. 

In a statement released, the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Suleiman Nguroje, says on December 18, the suspect rejected the court summons served to him from Yauba Usman, a staff of Nasarawo Jereng Area Court and st&bbed him with a kni!e severally thereby inflicting deep cuts on him.

Nguroje said the court clerk was immediately rushed to Hospital but was confirmed d£ad.

He added that the state Commissioner of Police has directed that the case be discreetly investigated.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
