In a blog post that has now been published by many international media organisations, in an apparent well-coordinated public relations effort, Binance Chief Executive Officer Richard Teng made false allegations of bribery against unidentified Nigerian government officials who he claimed demanded $150m in cryptocurrency payments to resolve the ongoing criminal investigation against the company.  This claim by Binance CEO lacks any iota of substance. It is nothing but a diversionary tactic and an attempted act of blackmail by a company desperate to obfuscate the grievous criminal charges it is facing in Nigeria. PROMOTION : NSCDC DECORATES IBILOYE OLUYEMI JOSHUA WITH RANK OF COMMANDANT OF CORPS.


In the decoration ceremony of newly promoted, Assistant Commandant Generals and Commandants of Corps, which took place at the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC ), National Headquarters, Sauka, Abuja, yesterday, Wednesday, 20th December, 2023, Commandant of Corps Ibiloye Oluyemi Joshua, who has just been newly promoted was also ceremoniously decorated, with the enviable rank.

The newly promoted, Commandant of Corps Ibiloye Oluyemi Joshua was decorated, by his adorable wife, Adesola Ibiloye, who works with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing and the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Youths and Sports.

Prior to his promotion to this enviable rank in the service, Commandant of Corps Ibiloye Oluyemi Joshua was and currently, still the Technical Adviser NSCDC, to the Honourable Minister of Interior, Dr Olubunmi Tunji - Ojo.

He hails from Isanlu-Isin in the Isin local government area of kwara state. He holds a Master of Science degree in peace and conflict studies, from Nasarawa State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics, from University of Ilorin. He is also a member of many professional institutes and have attended several local and international trainings and courses to boost his career development. He has headed, several units, departments and special units of the service since his enlistment into the service in 2004. He enjoys playing scrabble at his leisure hours.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
