Plus Agenda and positioning Lagos State as a 21st Century economy through the socio-economic empowerment of rural communities, the Centre for Rural Development (CERUD), under the Office of Rural Development in the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, has commenced the 2026 Fish Farming Training and Empowerment Programme across the five divisions of the State. The video was captioned; “The groom said he wants to take his entrance with his mom.”

Following the video’s circulation on social media, netizens had mixed reactions to the groom’s decision to dance with his mother during his wedding entrance.

While some praised the emotional and touching moment, others expressed their disagreement, stating that it was not a wise choice. The differing opinions sparked a heated debate among online users.
