 ‘Friend Of A Thief Is A Thief’, Defence Minister Warns Terrorist Sponsors The Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (rtd), has cautioned Nigerians against aiding terrorists, insurgents, bandits, or other criminal elements, stressing that anyone who supports criminal activities will face the full weight of the law. General Musa made the warning on Saturday while speaking as the Special Guest of Honour at the Armed Forces Celebration and Remembrance Day 2026 Golf Tournament held at the TYB Golf Resort and Country Club, Yar’Adua Barracks, Abuja. Shane MacGowan, the lead singer from The Pogues, passed away yesterday the 30th of November 2023..

“Shane was a quintessential Irish poet figure, with all that entailed. His voice spoke truth directly to the soul. You had to keep him away from the mini-bar, but hopefully he enjoyed his all-too-brief time on our fair globe.” - Brian Ritchie

A statement on behalf of Shane Mac Gowan’s wife Victoria Mary Clarke, his sister Siobhan and father, Maurice.


It is with the deepest sorrow and heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our most beautiful, darling and dearly beloved SHANE MACGOWAN.


Shane died peacefully at 3.30 am this morning (30 November, 2023) with his wife and sister by his side.


Prayers and the last rites were read during his passing.


He is survived by his wife Victoria, his sister Siobhan and his father, Maurice.


Further details will be announced shortly but the family ask for privacy at this very sad time".

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
