 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. YULETIDE: NSCDC DEPLOYS 1500 PERSONNEL IN NIGER STATE TO PROVIDE A WATERTIDE SECURITY.



The Niger state Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC says it has deployed one thousand five hundred personnel across it's formations in the twenty five Local Government Area’s to tighten and beefs up security before, during and after the Christmas and New Year celebrations.


State Commandant, Dr Elijah Etim Willie stated this while addressing officers and Men of the Command in Minna Niger state.


Commandant Dr Elijah Etim Willie stressed the need for officers and men of the Niger state Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp to be more vigilant considering the current security situation in the State.


He however, reminded the personnel  of the need to protect critical national assets and infrastructure with due diligent and called on  officers deployed to exhibit high sense of professionalism while discharging their duties.


The Commandant also directed for the immediate deployment of personnel to worship centers, parks and all entries points to the capital City of the state to ensure a hitch free celebrations.


Dr Ellijah Etim Willie urged Christian’s faithful to use thie Christmas period to pray for the country while calling on the general public to remain calm, law abiding and report any suspicious movement capable of causing unrest to the nearest security outpost for necessary action.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
