 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.  Boss breaks down in tears as well-behaved apprentice graduates


A Nigerian boss sheds unstoppable tears during the freedom ceremony of her well-behaved apprentice whom she described as a unique and irreplaceable gem in her life.


A video making the rounds on social media captured the emotional reaction of a woman who gushed over the impeccable character of her apprentice.


According to the female boss, she never once received a complaint about the girl and efforts to find a replacement have since been impossible.


While praying for her as she passes out to become her own boss, the apprentice could not hold back her tears either.


“I looked for someone like you but I couldn’t find, I looked for a good apprentice like you, but I did not see. You always look after my things like it’s yours. I never received any complaint about you from anyone instead people tell me how good and respectful you are,” she said in part.


The video has since generated a buzz on social media, garnering praises and accolades from netizens who applauded the apprentice.
