 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. Gunmen abduct council chairman in Nasarawa state

The Council Chairman Of Akwanga Local Government Area of Nasarawa Mr. Safiyanu Isa Andaha has been kidnapped by gunmen.

Confirming the incident, Special Adviser to the Nasarawa State Governor on Local G noovernment and Chieftaincy Affairs Mr Haruna Kassimu said Mr Safiyanu Isa was abducted at Ningo village on the Akwanga – Andaha road in the Akwanga Local government area of the state along with one Alhaji Adamu Custom 

He noted that security agencies had responded swiftly by chasing after the gunmen who forcefully fled with the council chairman to an unknown destination.

In a telephone interview, the State Police Public Relations Officer DSP Ramhan Nansel said the police in collaboration with other security agencies were on the trail of the kidnappers to ensure the release of the council chairman and the other victim.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
