First introduced as a pilot scheme in 2025, the policy targets applicants seeking B1 and B2 visas, which are designated for business and tourism. Indiana man arrested on charges of raping a mentally disabled victim.

68-year-old Jeff Harvey of Patoka, Indiana has been after an investigation into a January 22nd incident.
On January 22nd Princeton Indiana police were called to River Oaks Health Campus in relation to an incident involving an employee and a resident.
After a investigation of the incident Harvey was charged with 1 felony count of "r*** when victim is mentally disabled or deficient."
This is a ongoing investigation and no other information is available at this time.
