 Nonye Soludo Pays Follow-Up Visit to Recovering Child, Reaffirms Commitment to Child Protection By Chinyere Nwoye  The Wife of the  Anambra State Governor, Dr. Nonye Soludo, has paid another visit to young Chiziterem to monitor his recovery and encourage his family, expressing delight over the remarkable improvement in the child's health. Mrs. Soludo disclosed this in a post shared on her official social media page on June 22, where she noted that the young boy is now much stronger than he was during her previous visit. According to her, Chiziterem's steady recovery is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of the medical team handling his treatment, as well as the overwhelming love, prayers, and support received from compassionate individuals. MAN ARRESTED ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTED RAPE OF AN X-RAY TECH AT ST. MARY'S HOSPITAL IN DECATUR, ILLINOIS. (PHOTO).

Man arrested for attempted rape of an x-ray tech at St. Mary's hospital in Decatur, Illinois. 


22-year-old, Victor Nunnery, has been denied pre-trial release in relation to a January 6th incident.


On that day in January, Nunnery was treated at St. Mary's in Decatur for shoulder pain. Nunnery came into contact with the victim when he was sent for x-rays.


According to the technologist when she was done with his x-ray she was cleaning the equipment with her back to him. Nunnery suddenly grabbed her by the shoulders and slammed her into a wall. She fell to the ground and the two began struggling, with Nunnery repeatedly trying to pull her pants down. 


Fortunately a staff member that was walking by, heard screams and the sound of the shuffle. She ran into the room. She witnessed that the victim was exposed from the waist down and Nunnery was laying over her with his pants down.


Due to the distraction, the victim was able to flee the room and security arrived. 


According to security reports Nunnery tried to claim it was consensual, but then later asked how long he would get for a rape charge. He later told the police he was aroused by her, "touching his shoulders."
