 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. Man reportedly offers girlfriend of 7 years N5m to allow him marry another lady

A lady has been left totally dumbfounded after the boyfriend she’s been dating for seven years made a shocking proposal to end their relationship.

The man reportedly offered her the sum of N7 million so that she could allow him marry someone else he has fallen in love with.

A Twitter user known as @dexterouz11, who is friend to the lady shared the story on the microblogging platform, said she is contemplating leaving the relationship even without collecting anything.

The post reads; “A friend has been dating this guy for 7 years and now he found someone else and is offering her N5 million to stay away. She’s considering leaving without collecting a dime from him.”
