 OCHA Brigade Arrests 13 people Over Illegal Kaolin Excavation In Ozubulu, Ukpor Operation Clean and Healthy Anambra (OCHA) Brigade has arrested 13 suspects in Ozubulu, Ekwusigo Local Government Area, and Ukpor, Nnewi South Local Government Area, over illegal kaolin excavation and activities linked to severe environmental degradation in Anambra State. The arrests followed a targeted enforcement operation at identified excavation sites where indiscriminate removal of soil had been taking place, and the affected locations were immediately sealed to halt further damage and prevent the expansion of erosion-prone areas. Illegal excavation has been identified as a major driver of erosion in Anambra State, weakening soil structure, destroying farmlands, and exposing communities to flooding and gully erosion. RURAL SCHOOLS TO RECEIVE ATTENTION FROM SOLUDO'S PPCP

In furtherance of Public, Private, Community Partnership of the Soludo administration, a German based clinic has volunteered to fix the dilapidations noticed in some rural schools.

The Chief Executive Officer and Manager of the clinic, Mr Ekene Henry Arize, disclosed this during a courtesy call to the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh.

Mr Arize states that he was deeply touched by dilapidation in some schools when he visited the rural communities. "I have come to receive government's authorisation to rebuild them"

Responding, the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh said that the thinking of Mr Arize was in line with Gov. Soludo's program of turning our public schools to smart schools and Public Private Community Partnership.

She applauded the benefactor for coming to the assistance of the State and promised to provide the needed support

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
