Blaming opposition for hunger is ‘delusion’, Atiku tells Tinubu Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has accused President Bola Tinubu of blaming the opposition for the country’s economic hardship. He said the President was trying to evade responsibility for his administration’s policies. Tinubu had earlier on Saturday blamed his political opponents for hunger and poverty in the country while speaking at the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign flag-off in Kaduna. “I hear my opponent talking about hunger, poverty. Who created it? They did! They created the hunger, they created the poverty. We are trying to eradicate it,” the President said. Slain Nabeeha bagged first class at ABU – Uncle

Sherifdeen Al-Kadriyar, one of the uncles of late Nabeeha Al-Kadriyah, who was brutally murdered by bandits last Friday, said she graduated with a first class from the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. 
He said she would have been awarded the honour at the school’s convocation slated for January 27.
He also said the release of Nabeeha’s remaining sisters late Saturday evoked bittersweet memories within the family.
He said: “You can imagine such a feeling if she had been alive to witness the convocation. However, the situation has further strengthened our faith in Almighty Allah.
“We thank all those that stood by us during this trying period.
“I was the one who went to claim the body of the late Nabeeha. She was brutally murdered and her sister, Najeeba, was forced to see her brutal corpse to traumatise her and others for us to quickly pay the ransom.’’
