UPDATE: CENTRALIA MAN SHOOTS JUVENILE WHILE TRYING TO FORCE HER TO PERFORM A SEX ACT ON ANOTHER MAN.(PHOTO).

Centralia man shoots juvenile while trying to force her to perform a s*x act on another male.

Update- The depraved New Year's shooting in Salem, Illinois.

Diego Barradas, 21, was charged on New Year's morning for discharging a firearm as well as felony possession of a firearm. These charges came after Diego shot a 17-year-old juvenile female in the stomach. At the time, that was all Salem Police Chief Kyle Ambuehl could tell us about the incident.

Timothy Hudspeth, the Marion County state's attorney, stated that there is proof indicating Mr. Barradas shot the 17-year-old female while attempting to force her to perform a s*x act on another male.  In addition, Diego tried blaming the shooting on the juvenile female although Hudspeth says there is nothing to support that claim. There is video of the shooting and it's reported that it was not possible physically for the juvenile to shoot herself in the abdomen. Her hands were not anywhere near the gun.

After Mr. Barradas shot the 17-year-old in the abdomen, he pulled the gun out and pointed it at other individuals and threatened to shoot them at the Salem home on 1337 North trenary Street. He then fled the scene.

Diego Barradas was already in trouble for driving into a home with a 17-year-old passenger, (that is not the 17-year-old that was shot on New Year's morning). That juvenile female fled the scene with a broken hip and was terrified, according to her family. Diego drove into the home on December 28th and the 17-year-old victim that broke her hip just got out of a St Louis hospital two days ago.

Barradas is already on probation for non-consensual dissemination of a sex image.

He is being held without bail at the Marion County jail.

Many people have asked me about the video and what it contains. Hopefully this report is helpful.
