 President Trump awarded inaugural FIFA Peace Prize at World Cup draw in Washington  Gianni Infantino, the FIFA President presented the honour onstage at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, saying Trump had been selected “in recognition of his exceptional and extraordinary actions to promote peace and unity around the world”. “This is your prize, this is your peace prize,” Infantino said, after Trump took the stage to accept the trophy, a medal and certificate. “There is also a beautiful medal for you that you can wear everywhere you want to go.”   FIFA says the prize is for “individuals who help unite people in peace through unwavering commitment and special actions”.  Accepting the award, Trump called it “one of the great honours of my life”, before claiming to have “saved millions and millions of lives – the Congo is an example, over 10 million people killed and it was heading for another 10 million very quickly. US Mayor honours Reno Omokri with key to Blanco city

Author and social media influencer, Reno Omokri has been honoured with a key to the city of Blanco, Texas by Mayor Mike Arnold at Ambroseli National Park, Kenya.
The former Presidential spokesperson, according to the Mayor, received the honour for his contributions to humanitarian causes and the advancement of human knowledge.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mayor Arnold said: “In recognition of your notable contributions to humanity and making the world a better place, it is my profound honour to give you a key to the City of Blanco as the Mayor of the city. Youths have friends in Texas.”
Mayor Arnold, a notable Trump supporter, praised Omokri for his commitment to the conservative ideals of family, morals, and godliness.
The ceremony which was star-studded was attended by former Cross River Governor Donald Duke; Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, British actor Wale Ojo; gospel music star Panam Percy Paul, and HRH King Stephen Jeremiah Tobins, Akee X (JP) Nwamoema of Bukuma, Rivers State.
