"WE ARE SICK" - DINO MELAYE REACTS AFTER SOME NIGERIANS SEEN PRAYING FOR A SPOILT TRANSFORMER

Senator Dino Melaye has criticized some Nigerian Christians who were spotted praying for a spoilt transformer.

The reported incident occurred in Lagos.

Residents of Ikota Housing Estate in Ajah, Lagos State, gathered around the spoilt transformer in their community to enable it to work again.

Melaye shared the video on his social media profile and wrote: We are sick in Africa. How can people be praying for a spoilt transformer?

However, his post did not sit well with some of his followers who dragged him for also being corrupt and refusing to fix the problems in society.

@Iamsam: “You are part of the reason. The money you legally or illegally took from Nigerians can buy thousands or millions of transformers. Pls, go use that money to improve your community and Nigerian’s welfare.”

@Ayodele: “The same sickness that’s affecting Africans made you buy a luxury car Rolls-Royce just to put it in your living room for display when your living room isn’t a vehicle’s sales show room. People like you turned those poor people prayer warriors when there’s no way out.”.

@Expope1: “Posting this on your page after stealing all the money that belongs to the poor Nigerians to keep them in abject poverty is the most foolish thing I have seen on the internet today. Who is more sick? Are those praying for a transformer or are you acting like an imbecile in the Assembly?

@Bensamuel: “My suggestion to BAT is to build many mental health facilities across the 36 states”.

@Imole: Living at the comfort of your home makes you think everyone has the same reality just like you,if you live in some area you will understand why 3 new transformers will stop working in space of 1 month and they couldn’t find any reason why they stop working”.
