 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler.  AFCON 2025 preliminary draw unveiled


The preliminary draw for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) was conducted on Tuesday, February 20, at the Confederations of African Football (CAF) headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.

The preliminary draw was held for the eight lowest-ranked teams according to the latest FIFA ranking: Somalia, Djibouti, Sao Tome, Chad, Mauritius, South Sudan, Liberia, and Eswatini.

The teams will play on home and away basis during the FIFA Window of March 18 to March 26.

Here is the full list of the AFCON preliminary draw:
