  A 23-year-old Nigerian woman identified as Osarugbe, has died in Libya. African beauty products   She passed away at about 11:33am on Friday, April 4, 2025 after battling illness.    Anti-human trafficking advocate, Yakubu Oyiza and her team had been raising money to bring her back to Nigeria for better medical treatment as hospitals in Libya rejected her.    According to Oyiza, documents for burial, autopsy, and land to bury her in Libya have been arranged, all costing approximately 350,000.   She alleged that the family abandoned her since she fell sick and had earlier refused to go to Kano and pick her up the day she was supposed to be brought back to Nigeria.    In a Facebook post on Saturday, April 5, Oyiza revealed that some family members of the deceased called them asking for Osas’ properties. Popular actress, Angela Okorie stirs frenzy as she makes staggering accusations against her colleague, Zubby Michael in a video that has captured attention online.


The movie star took to social media to vent at colleagues who are acting as impediment for others.


According to her, there are many big names in the industry who are always trying to use intimidation to oppress those who are beneath them.


She named Zubby Michael as one of such people on the list, and went on to describe how he conspires against her and try to derail her career.


Angela Okorie noted that there are a lot of backstabbing going on in the industry and she has decided to cut off connections from most of her colleagues.


Speaking further, she alleged that some of her colleagues secretly pay trolls to come online and insult her, since they cannot do it themselves.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
