 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. INDIANA DOG FOUND WITH HIS SNOUT ZIP-TIED FINDS FOREVER HOME WITH THE OFFICER WHO RESCUED HIM. (PHOTO)

 Indiana dog found with his snout zip-tied finds forever home with the officer who rescued him.


Police officer, Stephanie Northcutt, of South Bend, Indiana was startled and appalled last Friday when she spotted a beautiful Doberman wandering the streets with a zip-tie around his snout.


Northcutt was able to safely catch and hold the pup while a bystander removed the zip-tie which was restricting the dogs ability to eat and drink.


Northcutt has now adopted the Doberman and named him Zeus.  She stated she knew she wanted him as part of her family as soon as she laid eyes on him. Incredibly, this is the second dog this big hearted officer has saved from bad situations and adopted while on the job.


Zeus is now doing extremely well and enjoying getting to know his new family and soaking up all the love they can give.


This is a sad story with such a happy and heartwarming ending. Thank you Officer Northcutt for being such an awesome officer. 


Police are still investigating this incident.
