 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. Israel DMW, singer Shallipopi in car crash after Abuja show



Davido’s logistics manager, Israel DMW, and singer, Shallipopi, were involved in a car accident on Sunday.


Israel made this known on his Instagram story on Sunday.


Shallipopi had held a concert in Abuja on on Saturday night with Israel providing backstage support.


Sharing the clip of the accident, Israel revealed that the crash happened as they were returning from the show early Sunday morning.


He expressed gratitude that neither he nor Shallipopi sustained any injury in the incident.


“Me and Shalipopi, just had an accident, after a vehicle ran into us on our way back to the hotel after a show.


“I sat at the front seat, while Shali sat at the back. Thanks to God Almighty, thanks to Edo’s ancestors. No single scratch of injury at all,” he wrote.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
