 Air Peace Suspends Enugu Flights, Redirects Operations to Asaba Over Runway Safety Concerns Air Peace has announced the immediate suspension of all flights to Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugu, citing severe safety concerns due to the deteriorating condition of the airport’s runway. The airline made the announcement in a statement on Saturday, stating that operations to and from Enugu will be diverted to Asaba, Delta State, until further notice. The airline highlighted ongoing disruptions caused by the poor state of the runway, describing the situation as unmanageable and urging the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) to urgently address the issue. “At Air Peace, we prioritise safety over convenience. Suspending flights to Enugu will allow FAAN the opportunity to carry out necessary runway repairs,” the statement read.  Porsha Williams files for divorce from Simon Guobadia after 15 months of marriage


Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia’s marriage is reportedly coming to an end 15 months after their grand wedding in Nigeria.


The Real Housewives of Atlanta star filed for divorce from Guobadia on Thursday, February 22 in Atlanta, according to court documents.


According to PEOPLE magazine, the divorce is “unrelated to recent allegations involving Simon’s past.”


The cause of their split is an “ongoing matter,” an insider said to People.

Williams, 42, and Guobadia, 59, said “I do” in November 2022, in a Nigerian traditional native law and custom ceremony followed by an American ceremony in Atlanta.


The pair announced their engagement in May 2021 after one month of dating.


 “Yes we are crazy in love,” Williams captioned a selfie with Guobadia. 


“I know it’s fast but we are living life each day to its fullest. I choose happiness every morning and every night.”

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
