 Aguiyi Orders Investigation into Trans Nkisi Mining Site Over Environmental Compliance By Amaka Isikala The Anambra State Commissioner for Environment, Dr. Clem Aguiyi, has ordered an investigation into the environmental compliance status of a mining site at Trans Nkisi, Onitsha, following concerns over extensive land degradation and its possible contribution to the growing gully erosion threatening the community. The directive followed an inspection visit to the site on August 1, during which the commissioner was accompanied by leaders of the Trans Nkisi community. The visit formed part of the ministry's ongoing assessment of environmentally sensitive locations across the state in line with Governor Chukwuma Soludo's Fifth Pillar of Development, Environment and Urban Regeneration. THE CREEPY SIMILARITIES IN THE RECENT DEATHS OF TWO INDIANA WOMEN ONLY DAYS APART HAS LEFT MANY RESIDENTS CONCERNED. (PHOTO).

 The creepy similarities in the recent deaths of two Indiana women only days apart has left many residents concerned. 


Two Indianapolis women were recently found deceased by a local strip mall only days apart and within three minutes of each other. The similarities don't end there either. 


58-year-old, Shannon Lassere, was found outside of a local dentists office first on January 27th followed by 52-year-old, Mariannne Weis, less than a week later on Feb. 1st.


Police reported they both had died in the same violent manner but did not state the cause of death. However, family of Lassere alleged she had been stabbed. 


The police say there is no apparent link between the women but maintain they are, "taking proactive steps out of an abundance of caution." 


These awful homicides of 2 very similar women in a very similar manner only days and minutes away from one another have residents on edge and fearing the same thing I think we all are fearing. 


Our thoughts are with the families of both of these unfortunate victims as well as the community at large. Hopefully police can find them justice quickly.
