 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler. 17-YEAR-OLD TEXAS MAN WHO CROSSED CENTER LINE AND CRASHED INTO A VAN KILLING AN ENTIRE FAMILY OF 6 IS FACING MULTIPLE CHARGES. (PHOTO).

 17-year-old Texas man who crossed center line and crashed into a van killing an entire family of 6 is facing multiple charges. He wasn't arrested initially because of a medical condition. He was bailed out before he had to spend the night in jail. 


Luke Resecker is being charged with 6 counts of intoxication manslaughter, 2 counts of intoxication assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of Marijuana. He was released on 50,000.00 bond.


These charges stem from the December 26th accident in which Resecker crossed the center line in a no passing zone and crashed head on into a Honda Odyssey occupied by Lokesh Potabathula's entire family. 6 people were killed including Lokesh's wife and 2 children, his wife's parents and his cousin. Lokesh was the only survivor in the Odyssey. 


Resecker never spent a night in jail due to ongoing medical issues and his bond was paid once it was set by the court.


His father paid the $50,000 Bond.
