 M23 says hundreds of Burundi soldiers captured in latest Congo offensive The Rwanda-backed M23 group has captured hundreds of Burundian soldiers during its latest offensive in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, a rebel official said, as clashes continued despite a warning from the Trump administration. Last week M23 entered the strategic town of Uvira near the border with Burundi, less than a week after the presidents of Congo and Rwanda met in Washington with U.S. President Donald Trump and affirmed their commitment to a peace deal known as the Washington Accords. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Saturday that Rwanda's actions in eastern Congo violated the Washington Accords and vowed to "take action to ensure promises made to the President are kept". Rwanda denies supporting M23 and has blamed Congolese and Burundian forces for the renewed fighting. 17-YEAR-OLD TEXAS MAN WHO CROSSED CENTER LINE AND CRASHED INTO A VAN KILLING AN ENTIRE FAMILY OF 6 IS FACING MULTIPLE CHARGES. (PHOTO).

 17-year-old Texas man who crossed center line and crashed into a van killing an entire family of 6 is facing multiple charges. He wasn't arrested initially because of a medical condition. He was bailed out before he had to spend the night in jail. 


Luke Resecker is being charged with 6 counts of intoxication manslaughter, 2 counts of intoxication assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of Marijuana. He was released on 50,000.00 bond.


These charges stem from the December 26th accident in which Resecker crossed the center line in a no passing zone and crashed head on into a Honda Odyssey occupied by Lokesh Potabathula's entire family. 6 people were killed including Lokesh's wife and 2 children, his wife's parents and his cousin. Lokesh was the only survivor in the Odyssey. 


Resecker never spent a night in jail due to ongoing medical issues and his bond was paid once it was set by the court.


His father paid the $50,000 Bond.
