 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. A 12 YEAR OLD GIRL WAS RAPED BY THREE MEN REPEATEDLY IN IMO STATE. (PHOTO).

 12 year old girl suffers vaginal injuries and contracted STD after being repeatedly r@ped by three men in Imo


Detectives of the Imo State Police Command through painstaking and diligent investigations have arrested three suspects identified as Joseph Onyema, ’m’, 35 yrs, Uzoma Nwanoreze, ‘m’, 30yrs, and Eberechukwu Nwosu ‘m’ age 43yrs, for allegedly d€filing a 12-year-old girl (name withheld). 


Investigation by the police revealed that the suspects had unlawful c@rnal knowledge of the minor on different occasions which made her develop serious virginal injuries as well as a s£xually transmitted disease. 


The victim is currently receiving intense medical care at the hospital. The suspects will have their day in court upon completion of a discreet investigation.


Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, ASP Okoye Henry said the state Commissioner of Police Imo State Command, CP Aboki Danjuma while condemning the barbaric acts in totality, calls on the well-meaning resident of Imo State to support the Police in the onslaught against defilement, rape, and other sexual related crimes in the State. He affirmed that such societal menace is utterly condemnable and perpetrators will be made to face the wrath of the law.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
