 Kwara Govt donates 150 off-road motorcycles to Nigerian Army •LGAs acquire 320 motorcycles to boost vigilantes' security operations  In a bid to further strengthen security operations and maintain peace across Kwara State, His Excellency Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq-led Kwara State Government has donated 150 off-road motorcycles to the Nigerian Army. The motorcycles are expected to enhance troops' mobility and effectiveness, particularly in rugged terrains such as forests, where non-state actors may be hiding with intent to destabilise the peaceful atmosphere of the state. A YOUNG GIRL FOUND A SEVERED ARM IN A BABYLON, NEW YORK PARK YESTERDAY. HER DISCOVERY LED POLICE TO FIND MUTILATED BODIES OF 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TODAY. (PHOTO).

 A young girl found a severed arm in a Babylon, New York park yesterday. Her discovery led police to find mutilated bodies of 2 different people today.


A young girl was walking to school Thursday morning when she made a gruesome discovery. The girl had cut through Southards Pond Park when she found  a severed left arm on the parks Eastern side. The minor called her father after the shocking discovery, who in turn called 911.


Once on scene, officers located a right arm around 20 ft from the scene of the original discovery. Both arms were tattooed and belonged to male.


Later in that day, a woman's leg was found in a pile of leaves by a cadaver dog on the opposite side of the park. Friday morning police discovered the severed head of a woman and a female arm as well. The arm of the female was not tattooed. 


Police believe there are only 2 victims at this time although the investigation continues.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
